Returns & Exchanges

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Jeff Nippard Fitness gear and training programs. If your apparel doesn't fit or your equipment is defective, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
